Austin and Stephen's Engagement Session in the Historic German Village
COLUMBUS, OHIO
Every couple has their own beautiful story and hearing about it in a beautiful setting is one of the best parts of engagement sessions.
Stephen and Austins proposal is both insanely sweet and funny at the same time. They went on a couples vacation with friends Jess and Morgan to Chicago, one of Austin’s favorite cities. He used to travel there with his mom before she passed when he was 19 so every time he goes back he thinks of her and this time, she’d get to be a part of a beautiful moment in spirit.
Austin was so excited to go ice skating in Millenium park and so was Stephen because in the middle of the adventure, Stephen got down on one knee and proposed. Austin didn’t even realize what was happening since Stephen faked a leg cramp but he soon as he saw another couple at the rink get excited and point towards them the confusion faded and joy crept in.
For their engagement session we chose German Village. The cobblestone streets and historic charm paired perfectly with Austin and Stephen’s neutral attire. It made the entire color scheme of the session feel so warm. You could see that warmth even more and excitement all over their faces throughout the session. From laughing during silly moments to gazing into each other’s eyes. They truly are the sweetest. Even when it started raining, nothing could dampen their spirits. It honestly felt like a romantic scene from a movie.
With Jorgensen as the venue, Berlyn Events as the planner, and Prema Designs on florals, you know the wedding day is going to be even more stunning and take everyone’s breaths away. I seriously cannot wait to celebrate them!
